I'm not giving up on them. [He says firmly.] I just... need to look at this a different way.

If we cannot get them out now we need a plan to get them out in the future. If we get trapped in the bubble we'll be just as gone as they are, but there has to be something we can do.

It's just maddening that we can't seem to do anything about it right now.
