All right. Sounds like we have a semblance of a plan cobbled together. [He smiles, leaning against his hand.] It's better than nothing. So let's start there.

You'll let me know if it doesn't work? [A pause.] Should we tell Noah?

[triggerguard]

Right. Get what we can, move on to the next steps. [It's clear that having something to act on was putting Jesper at ease. He hated metaphorically spinning his wheels.]

Which means you'll know how it goes regardless. [A frown.] I haven't seen him...I'll see where he's at. Once we know where we're going with this, we'll clue him in.

All right, we'll tell Noah when we see him.

[He sighs, rubbing at his face before he looks back over to Jesper.]

I hope it works. Or does something for whatever it is you're planning.

I wish I had more of a plan. I'm not the planner--[But he's the second, the one in command now that Kaz isn't--He's doing the best he can.]

We'll see where this goes. [He holds up his device, waving before he starts trying to pull up a message thread, heading for the couch in the shared common area.] This might...take awhile.

But it's more of a plan than we have now so it's something. [He smiles softly as he follows Jesper to the couch.] Just let me know what you need.

[He pauses, choosing not to sit down just yet.]

I'm going to grab some coffee from the cafe, do you want me to bring you anything?

[Jesper looks up from his tinkering to offer a slight smile.] Well if you're going anyway...coffee might be a good idea if I'm going to keep at this for a bit.

...Unless you want company?

Company... would be nice.

Come on. [He holds out his hand.] We can grab coffee and come back to figure out more about this plan of ours.

[Jesper simply laughs, standing from the couch and pocketing his device. When he takes Wylan's hand, he laces their fingers together with ease.]
