How dare he! He thinks as he drags his fingers across Jesper's head in an attempt to at least get him to do more. Wylan felt particularly useless in moments like this, not able to reach or touch, but he can react and boy he wanted more. More of his tongue, more of his hands on him, just more of him. Was that too much to ask? He's still getting used to the idea of asking for things he wants, and right now? He knows what he wants.
He just also knows he's not going to get it just yet.
